Anurag has a Masters in Engineering from the University of Regina, and is a Professional Engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA).
Anurag brings more than 10 years of experience within Alberta's manufacturing sector.
He has performed a broad range of roles in Engineering, Process Improvement, and Plant Management. He has led projects to introduce new technologies and new processes to Alberta companies. He has also worked in new business developments within the Asian market.
Recent successes include working with an equipment manufacturer (oilfield) to increase plant capacity by more than 25% through the implementation of Lean techniques.
Anurag provided the initial awareness and training to both management and shop floor employees. The company implemented recommended changes by using their internal resources.

Jamal is a Professional Engineer and has a Masters in Engineering Management from University of Ottawa and brings with him more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing, production management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, project management and plant operations roles in a variety of manufacturing environments.
He has a proven record of building teams, creating efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement. Jamal has worked in organizations in the space satellite hardware, aerospace, metal fabrication and engineering consultancy sectors.
Jamal is a Lean Bronze Certified practitioner with hands on experience in Value Stream transformation; implementing Lean techniques that include Value Stream Mapping (VSM), kaizen events, visual factory, flow lines, cellular manufacturing and 5S.

Clif is a Professional Engineer with an MBA and is registered as a Certified Management Consultant.
Clif brings more than 30 years of manufacturing, quality assurance, and business development experience to your organization. He has held positions that include: Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Plant Engineer, Plant Manager, Vice President Operations, and President. For more than 25 years, he has provided industrial engineering and management consulting services to a wide variety of manufacturing companies to help them improve their competitive performance.
Recent successes include increasing productivity in a truck manufacturing plant by 233% in 13 days by utilizing Lean thinking techniques. In this plant, Clif was quick to point out that none of the ideas to achieve this success were his. All of the ideas for improvement were identified and implemented by the people doing the work. Clif's role was to coach and mentor them through the process.
