Workplace health and safety

There are laws in Alberta to protect employees from hazardous or dangerous working conditions. If you believe something at your workplace is hazardous to you or someone else, discuss the problem with your employer or supervisor. If that doesn't solve the problem, contact Alberta Employment and Immigration and ask them to investigate.

For more information, call the Workplace Health and Safety Contact Centre at (780) 415-8690 in Edmonton or 1-866-415-8690 toll-free throughout Alberta or visit the Alberta Employment and Immigration's Workplace Health and Safety website.
