Managers/Supervisors in the retail, fast food and service industries

Criteria for employers (includes but is not limited to):

• An employer must offer a salary to the manager that is consistent with management level salaries in NOC 0, A, and B categories.
   
• An employer must offer the PN Candidate a salary that corresponds with the salary range that individuals with formal education and specialized knowledge would earn.

Provincial Nominee criteria (includes but is not limited to):

• The PN Candidate must be able to demonstrate completion of a post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in a related field of study (Commerce, Business Management, etc.) and

• A minimum of two years of managerial/supervisory experience in a related industry or four years of work experience in a directly related industry.
