Application forms

International Graduate category

There are two Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) Application Forms and a number of supporting documents required to apply under the Employer Driven Stream - International Graduate category.

The AINP Application Forms required to apply in the International Graduate Category are:

Employer and Worker Application for a Skilled Occupation (ABPNP 005)

This form must be completed together by the Employer and the Candidate.

Application for Provincial Nomination (ABPNP 003)

This form must be completed by the Candidate if the Employer and Worker Application for a Skilled Occupation (ABPNP 005) has been completed.

Both applications described above, and their supporting documents, must be submitted to the AINP at the same time to apply in the International Graduate Category.

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Forms

These forms must be completed by the Candidate with the Application for Provincial Nomination (ABPNP 003). Only a photocopy of the CIC Forms is required for submission to the AINP.
