Authorized immigration representatives

The Alberta Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) recognizes representatives who are members in good standing with the following:

• Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC)
• Canadian Provincial or Territorial Law Society
• Chambre des notaires du Quebec

Employers and Provincial Nominee Candidates of the Alberta PNP are not obliged to hire a representative.

Employer and Provincial Nominee Candidate applications are treated equally, regardless of whether they were prepared with the assistance of an authorized representative.

The Alberta PNP reserves the right to contact the Employer and Provincial Nominee Candidate directly regarding their application.
