COOLNET Opportunities Online
COOLNet Alberta is the Alberta Construction Association's (ACA) on-line service. It provides access to construction procurement opportunities to companies in the province of Alberta, regardless of their geographical location.
Electronic Plan Room (EPR)
Public access to construction procurement opportunities are available via the Electronic Plan Room (EPR):
- Tendering authorities are encouraged to provide project tender information and documents to the EPR at no charge.
- A nominal fee is charged for downloading or printing hardcopy tender documents.
